The shell has a central flap (2) pierced with openings (23, 24) for passage of metallic connecting rods, where the shell is formed by folding a sheet (1) made of plastic material e.g. cellular polypropylene. Lateral flaps (5, 6) are connected to the central flap for defining a closed volume. A set of radial cuts (26) project from each opening. Cells of the lateral flaps are perpendicular to cells of the central flap. The diameter of the openings corresponding to small diameter of the rods is 6 mm, and length of the cuts is in the range between 2 and 8 mm.
