The installation has vertically installed atmospheric sensors (10) in which antigel liquid circulates. The sensors are installed in a barrier, where a space is arranged between channels (11-1-11-n) so as to pass the outside air. The sensors are hydraulically connected in series or in parallel using a hose made of rubber or flexible material. Male or female pieces connect the sensors in sealing manner. The sensors are made of plastic by rotational molding and blowing or injection extrusion, and of anodized aluminum or steel, where the sensors are independent of solar sensors.
