The component (14) has a fixed base (18) supporting a circular cap shaped concentric star wheel (20) that is displaced with respect to the base. Another concentric star wheel (21) is relatively displaced with respect to the former star wheel for controlling displacement of a motorized throttle i.e. continuous flexible screen, before a transparent panel. The latter star wheel has a fin (30) in contact with another fin (24) forming a stopper (26). The latter star wheel is connected to the former star wheel and has a relative position that varies with displacement of the former star wheel. The stop valve is made of a flexible material. The concentric star wheel is in form of a central button.
