The system has a casing (12) fixed on a bonnet inner panel (3) by a U-shaped shim (20). An emblem (10) is fixed on a support that is integrated to the casing. The casing includes a head (15) provided with an inclined surface cooperating with an inclined surface of the shim. The casing includes a notch cooperating with a notch of the shim, and a support surface (14) supported on the bonnet inner panel. The head has a contracted part, whose width corresponds to a gap of two branches of the shim.
