The brake has a ski brake cutting mechanism cutting ski brakes (6) on rails (1) and including two horizontal axles (4) that are placed perpendicular to an axle of a wagon and connected to a chassis (10) of the wagon by a brake suspension that is provided with springs (5). The axles has a set of supports (9) connected to the ski brakes by a joint (7) at respective lower ends. The supports are centered on the axles, and pivoted and blocked in a vertical position to compress the ski brakes on the rails during functioning of the brake.
