Opening with a frame of the Italian type or the like, comprising: - a frame (1) comprising a fixed frame (2) and an insulating part (3) for a thermal break, - an opening (4) moving by projection to the outside (5), comprising: - a panel (6), - a frame (7) opening leaving at least partially free the edge (8) of the panel, - means (9) for fixing the panel ( 6) on the frame (7) opening by gluing or the like, via the inner face (10) of said panel, - first (11) sealing means between the frame (7) opening and the frame (1), - second (12) sealing means between the panel and the frame, comprising at least a first (13) sealing lip connected to the insulating part (3) of the fixed frame (2), when the opening and the frame are associated to close the opening, - support means (14) insulating at least a portion of the second sealing means, reported and fixed on the frame (7) opening, deporting the second (12) sealing means towards the panel (6) in order to enter the constitution of thermal bridge breaking means between the outside (5) and the inside, when the opening and the frame are associated to close the opening.
