The device has a hollow cylindrical body including opened ends and longitudinal axes (Z1, Z2) substantially parallel to longitudinal axes of a shell ring of a hot water accumulation horizontal balloon of a solar water heater, where the device is in form of cylinder, triangle, rectangle, square or oval. An orifice (3a) is located in an upper part of the body. A mouthpiece is arranged perpendicular to a surface of the ring of the balloon.
