The luminaire has a plane support surface (121) prolonged by a threaded sleeve (13) to traverse an orifice (23) of a panel (2) and form a channel for an electric cable (3). The sleeve has a window (15) occupied by a cam (16) forming a ramp (161) descending till a material hinge. A nut (4) screwed on the sleeve is applied against a face of the panel and pulls the surface against another face of the panel. The nut presses the cam into the channel to lock the cable in the channel. The cam is remote from the surface such that the nut in locked position against the panel, overlaps the panel. The support surface and the sleeve are made of plastic material.
