The device has a control stick (2), rudder pedal, and transfer units for transferring control units of the rudder pedal on the control stick, where the transfer units are constituted of a part (9) of the control stick and coupling units (12). The part is movable in rotation and translation and integrated to a part (10) of the control stick and to the rudder pedal by the coupling units. The coupling units include gearing units (13), sliding units (14) and connection units (15) for connecting the sliding units to the rudder pedal.
