The method involves providing an aspect covering sheet having a main layer made of thermoplastic material,. The sheet is heated at a pre-heating temperature less than softening temperature. The sheet is provided between punch and cavity of an injection mold. The mold is closed, and another thermoplastic material is injected into the mold, where the latter material is maintained at injection temperature greater than softening temperature and permits thermoforming of the sheet against a wall of the mold. A part obtained from the mold is stripped.
