The device has a temperature and hygrometry sensors with an electronic capturing and calculation unit to extract physical measurements from environment. A protection unit (30) is completely sealed to water and particles of construction aggregate, and formed from flexible and deformable material to resist mechanical constraint of the aggregate. The hygrometry sensor is isolated from the aggregate by a filtering unit (32) that resists pressure, and is permeable to the water vapor molecules and impermeable to water in its liquid form and to the fine particles.
