The device (D) has a rotor (100) turned along an axis parallel to an axis of a pit. Periphery of the rotor is equipped with a set of hitching points (110) at an end (210) of flexible lines (200) i.e. chain link type connections. An end (220) of the flexible links is equipped with a cut module constituted of cut tooth (300). The module assures the cutting and the grinding of the vegetable material that is in contact with the module, and assures the driving towards the height of the vegetable material.
