The terminal has a module (100) with a global system for mobile communications antenna, and a digital signal processing unit e.g. microprocessor, to implement telephony functions. The module has connection units cooperating with connection units of a module (110) to transmit electrical energy between the modules. A third module (105) with a length and a width equal to that of the modules (100, 110) is assembled between the modules (100, 110). The module (105) has a processing unit, and implements multimedia functions and guiding functions using global positioning system signals.
