The device has a transversal and vertical element (12) with a structural unit arrangement permitting to react against an impact (S1) of a load (5) near a floor pan and an impact (S2) of the load at level of its upper part after tilting the loads. A rear crosspiece (19) is fixed on the floor pan, rods (18) and a draw bar (20) connecting a lower part of the element to the crosspiece in a direct or indirect manner. Plastic modules are filled with semi-rigid polyethylene foam creating modules compressible to impacts.
