The light has a plastic base (5) with a bottom (51) bordered by a periphery edge (52), where the bottom has a passage (56-1) for an electric cable. The passage is surrounded by housings for receiving joints (6A, 6B). A baffle (54-1) separates an inner volume (53) of the base. A cover plate (4) is placed in a case (32) of a hook (3) with a bottom (41) provided with an edge (42) to cover the base. The plate has wire tunnels at right of an intake of a cable (C) of the light in the case. The plate decorating inside of the case is fixed to the hook.
