The apparatus (1) has a support (4) to be fixed on a head cover or a headband carried by a player, and a cradle forming part (6) extending the support for receiving a test-ball knob (7), which is placed in front of eyes of the player. The support and the cradle forming part are obtained by casting a plastic material. Fixation units (8) fixes an assembly of buckles and hooks on the head cover or headband of the player in a manner to obtain fixation of eyes of the player on golf ball, maintenance of head to be fixed during swing of the golf ball for controlling a posture of the player.
