The device (3) has a control lever (4) rotating around a horizontal axle (5) fixed with respect to a vertical front post (2) in control direction of unlocking mechanism at unlocking position by a traction cable. The lever is pivotingly mounted on a vertical support plate (10) integrated to the post. The plate ensures fixation and/or maintenance functions of bundle of main electrical wires (13, 14) and a trim, situated in environment of the front post. A part of the wires is fixed to the support plate by fixation units such as clamping collars (15, 16).
