The module (M) has upper and lower plates (7, 10) connected by front and side walls (4, 4', 5, 5') to present an inner cavity in work position. The walls are retracted to bring the plates closer so that the module has less volume in non-usage position. Each wall is formed of a rigid structure with upper and lower faces. The faces are articulated at their contact surface around an articulation axle (2) extending over a length of the corresponding wall such that the faces are folded with respect to each other. Each face is articulated at its end around an axle (3) parallel to the axle (2).
