- Method to evaluate a production scheme of an underground deposit taking into account the uncertainties. - Input parameters of a flow simulator characterizing the deposit and the production scheme are selected. An approximate analytical model is constructed to predict reservoir responses. We define a degree of precision Dp that we want to obtain, this degree of precision Dp measuring the difference between the model responses and those of the simulator. The degree of precision Dp (M) of the predictions of the model is calculated. We build a plan of experiments to select simulations to perform, relevant to adjust the model. The simulations selected by the experimental design are carried out, then, for each of the simulated responses by the simulator, the analytical model is adjusted using an approximation method.
