The server (18) is configured to store in the database operating data for at least one turbine engine, a plurality of cooling curves for the turbine engine, a plurality of different start types for the turbine engine , at least one operating strategy and a design life of the turbine engine, analyzing the operating data stored in the database, developing at least one histogram and at least one probabilistic model using the operating data and storing the histogram and the probabilistic model in the database, determining a usage schedule for the operating strategy, performing a simulation of the probabilistic model combined with the cyclical turbine engine life expenditure data, and to obtain a plurality of distribution of a total cyclical lifetime expense by extending a lifetime of ensée over the service life at design of said at least one turbine engine.
