The device has an extension encased in a PVC tube, and round safety bars adapted to entire height of a pavement (4) and ground. A leg assembly does not exceed a size of the barrier device. Tubular protections are assembled and fixed to locations where impacts are dangerous. A cut is formed towards bottom of a tubing (6) for passing water during rain. Washers with 1 cm thickness are screwed on the extension for compensating height difference of the pavement.
