The manifold (10) has longitudinal inlet pipes (14a-14d) connected to an exhaust gas outlet orifice of a cylinder by an inlet flange (31). A vertical outlet pipe (16) is connected to an exhaust gas circuit element e.g. turbocompressor, by an outlet flange (21). One of the inlet pipes has an internal reinforcement spacer (34) diametrically extended from an internal annular wall of associated pipe, where the spacer includes radial plates. An outlet section (18) is linked to a radial base (20) of the outlet flange. Inlet sections (26a-26d) are linked to a radial base (30) of the inlet flange.
