The device has male and female elements fitted together and self-locked when the elements are mounted. The male element has upper and lower surfaces (1, 3) respectively comprising a strip (2) and a groove (4), and a strip (6) on each of two extreme ends (5). The female element has an upper surface with a strip, and a groove longitudinally connecting two transverse grooves. The transverse grooves are provided at each end of a lower surface of the female element and have a length equal to thickness of the female element.
