The material has microballs regularly distributed and constantly maintained in suspension by ventilated arrangement of fibers such as synthetic fibers e.g. hollow type silicone polyester, forming a homogenous structure. The microballs are made of expanded polystyrene resistant to class M1 fire, and have diameter in a range of 1 to 5 millimeters. The microballs move by gravity. The fibers and microballs are integrated by a structural effect of the fibers surrounding the microballs and are maintained in suspension by limiting the displacement of microballs.
