The device has heat exchangers comprising evaporators (5, 6) e.g. thermal radiators, fixed on electronic components (3, 4), respectively. Heat pipes (7, 8) respectively connect the evaporators to a condenser (9) that serves as a heat connector e.g. male-female type connector. The connector is thermally connected to an exterior heat evacuation device e.g. metallic piece. The connector has a fixed part that is fixed on a printed circuit board (2), and a removable part inserted in the fixed part at the connected state of the connector. The fixed part is made of elastic and deformable material.
