The mixer (6) has blades (24) distributed around a full central zone (20), and extended from the central zone. The blades and the central zone are considered by orthogonal projection in a plane perpendicular to a discharging direction defining a projection entered into the interior of a circumscribed circle. The zone is defined towards the rear by a circular surface (34). Each blade is integrated with a cylindrical peripheral rim (22). The blade presents an average plane forming an angle between 10-60 degrees with a discharging direction.
