The device has a free-form support (1) comprising orifices (2) for permitting introduction of cases (3). A base plate (6) has holes (7) opposite to the orifices for forming ends of a tube to maintain lower parts of the cases. A connection column (5) assembles the support at the base plate. The cases have caps with slots for permitting internal aeration, opening and closing of the cases. Body (11) of each case comprises an orifice (12) at its lower end for evacuating residual water flowing from a toothbrush (4).
