The machine has a motor fan system (1) for producing air flow (2), where electrical energy is supplied to the motor fan system from an electrical energy source (12) or a power generator apparatus (7) e.g. alternator. The air flow is transmitted towards blades (4) of a wheel (5) through a channel (3), which is emerged in a peripheral zone of the wheel. The blades of the wheel are angularly shifted relative to blades of another wheel with respect to a common rotational axis.
