The device has a casement (100) including parts (300, 400) connected by thermal bridge rupture bars (510, 520), and receiving a thermal insulation section (700). The section has a rigid part (710) for being positioned and maintained inside a U-shaped recess (600), and a flexible part (720) for filing the recess. The flexible part rejoins ends (211) of cross pieces (210) of sliding opening frames (200). Elastic walls (721, 722) connect the rigid and flexible parts, and authorize displacement of the flexible part towards the rigid part and return of the flexible part towards initial position. The parts (300, 400) of the casement are made of aluminum and plastic, respectively.
