The device (1) has a fixed frame (2) and an opening (3) that are realized from hollow sections (2', 3'), respectively, where the sections are made of PVC. The sections (3') of the opening are made of the material such that the opening presents higher phonic and/or thermal insulation properties compared to the fixed frame, where the sections (3') of the opening (3) has a metallic rigidification armature. The depth (P) of a rabbet (5) of the sections (3') of the opening is higher than the depth (P') of a rabbet (6) of the sections (2') of the fixed frame.
