The device has a flat part (3) integrated with two elongated lateral wedging elements (1, 2) i.e. curved cylinders, that are in the form of haricots, where the elements are filled with synthetic fibers. The elements wedge a baby correctly in an oval shaped closed inner space and naturally preserve the baby in bedded position. The part has longitudinal and lateral fold zones (11, 12, 4-9) that lift exterior edges of the device to create lateral walls. Four straps (14-17) are provided at corners of the part.
