The system (10) has rotative members i.e. circular washers (100, 200), pivoted relative to each other around a common axis and integrated in a direction of the axis. An elastic unit (300) transmits the rotation of the washer (100) to the washer (200), where the unit is formed by semi-circular helical springs (310, 320) with less winding diameter. The washer (100) is rotated by a control device and the washer (200) is integrated to a shaft of a gear box such that the system assists the passage of speed of the gear box when the device pivots the washer (100) relative to the washer (200).
