The washer has interior cylindrical support and centering zones (4) arranged on a side range of an idler gear, and welding zones (8) dissociated from the cylindrical support and centering zones. The welding zones are placed alternate with the support and centering zones on an interior circumference of the washer. The welding zones are radially removed towards outside relative to the support and centering zones. Fixing notches (3) are arranged for a synchronization ring centered on the welding zones. An independent claim is also included for a synchronization device.
