The device has a panel supporting plate (1) comprising an upper surface (1a) and a lower surface respectively turned towards a panel (9) and a leveling course (7) of a wall (8). The plate is provided with a lower perpendicular return (2) at one end, where another end of the plate is cut to define a rectangular opening (3). A stop for a spring plate (4) pushes the panels above the opening, when the stop is placed on the plate. A wedge (6) is housed in the opening for forming a stop for the panel to counteract the effect of the spring plate and for wedged keying of the plate on the course.
