摘要

The card has a core material (20) with multicolor and/or transparent intermediate layers, where the core material has certain thickness. The layers are made of biodegradable material composed of a binder e.g. polylactic acid, and poly-epsilon-caprolactone based load obtained from vegetable base e.g. maize, sugarcane, sweet potato or cowberry. An active surface layer is made of argillaceous nanomaterials with a grain size of 5-10 nano meters. The intermediate layers have a thickness higher than 0.03 millimeters and an elasticity attaining 6000 pounds per square inch (psi).
