The system has a hole and a screw head (2a) presenting complementary holding shapes after placing and locking a fixation screw (2) in a support e.g. bone. The hole has arrangements formed by a slit (1a1) that opens in an opening formed in thickness of a plate e.g. osteosynthesis plate (1), where the slit is angularly formed with respect a longitudinal axis of the plate. The screw head has a hemispherical face whose height is lower than depth of a hemispherical face of the hole for allowing angular orientation of the screw.
