The clamping plate e.g. upstream clamping plate (53), has a flat plate (533) provided with openings (534, 534') for receiving a rear element such as heat exchanger device (51) and by-pass channel (52). A front cooperation unit is constituted by front peripheral edges (531) extending on a portion of an external circumference of the flat plate. A rear cooperation unit is constituted by rear peripheral edges (532, 532') extending on a portion of a circumference of the openings. The front and rear peripheral edges are constituted by an extension of the plate, and are oriented in same direction.
