The tank (1) has a central part (3) forming a U-shaped gutter that is opened towards the top and closed at its ends by lateral flanges, where the tank supports a windscreen (4) along a rear branch (5). The flanges are supported on a body shell of a vehicle. An extensible piece (6) forms a sealed connection between a bonnet (2) and a front branch (7) of the tank, such that the extensible piece is unfolded and folded based on a position of the bonnet with respect to the tank. The piece is made of extensible plastic or elastomeric material.
