The assembly has guard holder arms (8) connected to frames by their ends (9), and connected to guards (10) by their other ends (11), where each arm has a rectangular or circular section. Each guard holder arm is made of elastically deformable flexible material, and allows reduction of its section in a direction of width or thickness at a zone near to the guard to form a reduced section zone (12). The reduced section zone self-adapts to morphology of a nose along a face angle (alpha1) and a caster angle in an articulation manner under own gravity of spectacles. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a nasal support assembly.
