Electrical short-circuit-breaker (1) comprising an insulating jacket (100) in which is positioned a pyrotechnic actuator (200) for closing a self-clamping electrical contact assembly (300). The assembly includes a movable conductive member (301) for connection to a first electrical terminal and a hollow envelope (302) for connection to a second terminal. Said member and said envelope are intended to come into electrical contact by moving under the action of a movable needle (201). The movable conductive member (301) comprises an electrical contact zone connected to the outer periphery of said member by a shoulder (314). The hollow envelope (302) includes deformable electrical connection means (323) for contacting said at least one shoulder (314) and deforming. The deformed connection means (323) develop a clamping force (Fs) providing an electromechanical connection between the contact zone and the connection means.
