The device has a solar panel (1) provided with a fixed part i.e. heat collector, and a mobile part (2) constituted by photovoltaic cells (2b) and a converging mirror (2a) for permitting concentration of rays on the heat collector. A heat exchanger is installed in the place of the heat collector and on a wood-burning stove (4) for removing a part of energy from the wood-burning stove to regulate heating. A mineral oil circuit conveys energy delivered by the exchanger or by an electrical boiler (3). The panel, the exchanger and the boiler are controlled by a programmable logic controller.
