The mechanism has front and back wheel structures provided on a frame. A power transmission structure is provided with a continuous variable transmission (CVT) speed engine and a driving shaft. The engine with continuous variable speed system is placed horizontally on the frame. An output shaft is placed in opposite direction of a back wheel, and a driving shaft is directly fixed between the engine and a back shaft. An engine output shaft drives the output shaft to rotate the driving shaft and the back wheel. A braking mechanism is placed between the driving shaft and a gearbox.
