The workstation (1) has a foldable platform (2) and a pliable guardrail structure (3) mounted mobile via connection units (6, 7) to a telescopic ladder (20) at a coupled state between out-of-service and service positions. The structure and the platform are deployed to support and protect an operator in the service position. The structure and the platform are linked by an articulated link (8) i.e. pivot link, and integrated and mounted in displacement via the link during passage from the out-of-service position to the service position and vice versa.
