The device has an infrared emitter (8), infrared receiver, radiofrequency emitter (26), radiofrequency receiver, audible alarm and LED, where the device sends visual and audio information to other vehicles using an infrared and radio frequency beam. Green, orange and red stop lights form a perfect visual recognition of previous braking measurement of vehicle. A stop contact unit (A) contains contact buttons (1a-3a) that are activated by pressure of foot at a brake pedal. The emitter (26) and a relay are triggered to actuate the emitter (8) and a braking system of vehicle.
