The cap has flat angular sectors (4) distributed across an orifice (3) of an inlet neck (2) in a closing position. Peaks (5) of the sectors are placed in a common point at the center of a circular section of the orifice. Each sector is articulated on a peripheral edge (6) of the neck such that the sector pivots opposite to the neck in an opening position by moving its peak from the center with a rotation of amplitude greater than 90 degrees. The sectors are connected to a sealed and flexible inner sleeve (9) inside the neck, where the sleeve extends inside a filler pipe (1) above the neck.
