The post has a diffusion pipe (2) placed above a penetration body (3) and below an external connector (1), where the pipe is placed in a medium to be irrigated. The pipe is formed by outer microporous sleeves placed on an inner tube comprising an opening for passage of water. A conical nozzle forms the penetration body whose diameter is higher than the diameter of the pipe in a manner to manage a space between the pipe and the medium to be irrigated during immersion of the post, where the body is constituted of a lower end of the post.
