The device has a high power electric pump arranged near a water source, and a main pipe conveys water sucked by the pump towards a primary network formed by two primary fire resistant pipes. Secondary fire resistant pipes have a length greater than or equal to 300 meters, and form a secondary network. The primary and secondary pipes are opened at their respective ends.
