The device (1) has a plate in the form of racket, comprising a part which is visible when the device blocks a passage of person via an access opening (11) in a capacity (10) and another part (6) which is visible when the device releases the passage. The part (6) fixes information support (7A), additional information support (7C1) and a magnetic support (7C2) in a removable manner, where the part carries security information (I1) in indelible manner. The former and latter parts have respective aluminum layers coated with vinyl and covered by a magnetic sheet coated with PVC, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a security assembly of dangerous site, comprising a maintenance unit.
