The implant (30) has an elastically deformable external envelope (34) with central thickness dimension (36). A core part (32) is entirely enveloped in the envelope and comprising a height dimension (40) along an axis defined by vertebral bodies. The elasticity modulus of the envelope is equal to 75 percentages of elasticity modulus of the core part. The height dimension of the core part is two times greater than the thickness dimension taken along the axis, where the thickness dimension ranges between 1 and 5 mm.
