The device (10) has a lateral web (34) connected in rotation to front and rear drive washers (32A, 32B) against elastic units i.e. springs (38), where angular displacement capacity between the washers and the web is determined by stop lugs (42) that are co-operated with radial stop surfaces. The lugs partially traverse the web in a lower zone of one of openings (40) in an axial manner, where the lower zone is defined radially by the springs arranged on top and by a lower edge (46) that is circumferentially extended downwards.
